Gargaar Relief and Development Organization (GREDO), a national non-profit organization, invites qualified bidders to tender for the procurement of mosquito nets to protect against vector-borne diseases in Baidoa, Bay region. The bill of quantities lists 2,000 pieces, for delivery to the GREDO warehouse in Baidoa.

• Deadline: 3:00 PM on Tuesday 03 November 2026
• Submission: Sealed envelope, clearly stating the company name and contact address and the ITT reference number, returned to the GREDO Baidoa office (Adada Section, Via Mogadishu road, Baidoa) or Mogadishu office (Block A, Unit 8, Jowhara Apartments, opposite Jowhara International Hotel, off Afgoie Road, Hodan District), or sent by email to [email protected]. The ITT asks for one hard copy on headed paper and a product sample to the BOQ specification, brought to the GREDO office when dropping off the tender. Late bids will be rejected; bids will be opened at a later date to be communicated.

• Evaluation: capability criteria 60%: essential criteria 25% (official bank statement with transactions for the last 6 or 24 months, updated company profile, company registration letter or certificate), previous signed and stamped contracts/LPOs for hygiene kits or NFI kits 30%, lead time and work plan for delivery to the GREDO warehouse in Baidoa 5%; commercial criteria 40% (lowest evaluated financial proposal receives the maximum score)
