Gargaar Relief and Development Organization (GREDO), a national non-profit working in humanitarian and development programmes, invites qualified bidders to tender for the supply of 600 pieces of 200-liter plastic water drums, delivered to the GREDO warehouse in Baidoa, Bay region.

• Essential criteria (25%): Official bank account statement with transactions for the last 6 or 24 months; updated company profile; company registration letter or certificate
• Capability criteria: Previous experience (30%): signed and stamped contracts/LPOs for supply of water storage/plastic water drums (30 points for 3 or more); lead time and delivery workplan to the Baidoa warehouse (5%)
• Commercial criteria (40%): The lowest evaluated financial proposal receives the maximum commercial score
• Sample: A sample of the product meeting the BOQ specification must be brought to the GREDO office when dropping off the tender
• Other: Bids must remain valid for at least 14 days from the closing date. Canvassing leads to automatic disqualification.
