Windle International Somalia (WISOM), through its e-WINS project co-funded by the European Union, invites qualified broadcast media outlets (TV and radio) to express interest in partnering with Windle to design, produce and disseminate a wide-reaching media awareness campaign that promotes the economic empowerment of women-led small businesses in Jubaland.
The partnership falls under Activity 1.1.2: Community Engagement and Media Outreach Initiative, Kismayo 2026, and covers four components: a strategic media partnership formalised through a signed MOU; multimedia content production in Somali and English (TV talk shows and features, radio programmes, podcasts, short documentary-style videos and youth-focused digital reels); community-level engagement, including 6 public dialogue events and 3 to 4 community outreach events; and 6 structured two-week digital campaign waves.
