Windle International Somalia (WISOM) invites qualified and eligible contractors to bid for the construction of a Women Promotion Center in Kismayo, in accordance with the bill of quantities (Annex A) in the tender document. The work is part of the Empowering Women through Investment and Inclusion Networks in Somalia (e-WINS) project, which supports women entrepreneurs and women-led small businesses.

• Submission: By email to [email protected] only; no physical submissions. Each bidder may submit one bid, individually or as part of a joint venture. The BOQ must be signed and stamped on all pages; prices in US dollars.

• Requirements: Certified, valid business registration certificate/trading license from the Jubaland Ministry of Commerce and tax compliance certificate from the Jubaland Ministry of Finance (combined in one file); 4 certified copies of similar construction contracts from the last 5 years; 12 months of certified bank statements showing inflows and balances in the range of USD 20,000 to 50,000; CVs of the project manager and project/site engineer with more than 5 years' experience; work plan; bid validity of 90 days
• Evaluation: Technical 60%, financial 40%. Edited or fake certificates, contracts or bank statements lead to disqualification.
