The Agricultural Development Organization (ADO) invites qualified and experienced suppliers to submit sealed bids for the supply and delivery of equipment for the Beer and Midhisho Community Seed Banks under the Darwin Initiative Project (2022–2027), supported by the Darwin Initiative through the Development Fund of Norway. The equipment will strengthen seed moisture testing, seed packaging and grain processing at the two seed banks.
Items: two digital grain and seed moisture meters (FARMPOINT Moisture Analyzer) for Beer and Midhisho; two portable cordless bag-sewing machines for Beer and Midhisho; and one diesel-powered grain grinding / flour milling machine for Midhisho. The supplier delivers the equipment, installs and commissions the grinding machine with basic operator training, and demonstrates the moisture meters and bag-sewing machines.

• Submission: Sealed envelopes delivered to the ADO Head Office, Street No. 1, near Young Muslim Academy School, Hargeisa, Somaliland, between 8:00 AM and 3:00 PM on working days. Mark the envelope with the tender title, the tender reference and the tenderer’s name. Late submissions will not be considered. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders.
