Candlelight for Environment, Education & Health (Candlelight) invites sealed bids from eligible, competent local suppliers and contractors to supply and deliver HDPE geomembrane plastic sheets for a water-security intervention under the Climate Resilience and Rural Communities Programme (CRRC), funded by the Norwegian Development Fund (DF). The sheets will be distributed to 80 households across three villages: Taysa and Aburiin in Maroodi Jeex, and Garbahaadlay in Awdal region. This is a re-advertisement.
Specification: HDPE geomembrane plastic sheet, 1 mm thick; each household receives a sheet of 12.5 m by 8 m (100 m²); total quantity 8,000 m². The tender dossier specifies origin/brand Saudi Arabia, and requires a valid ISO quality assurance certificate, a certificate of authorized distributor and installer, a certificate of conformity and a technical data sheet.
