Gargaar Relief and Development Organization (GREDO), a national non-profit organization, invites qualified bidders to supply shelter materials (tarpaulins) for 750 households in Baidoa, Bay Region. The bill of quantities lists 750 pieces, to be delivered to GREDO's warehouse in Baidoa after a purchase order is issued.

• Deadline: 3:00 PM on Sunday 1 November 2026
• Submission: Return sealed bid documents in an envelope clearly stating the company name and contact address to the GREDO Baidoa or Mogadishu office, or send them by email to [email protected]. The tender pack asks for one hard copy on headed paper, an envelope marked with the ITT reference number, and a sample of the product matching the BoQ specification brought to the GREDO office when dropping off the tender. Late bids will be rejected.

• Evaluation: Capability criteria 60%. This comprises essential criteria (25%: official bank account with transactions for the last 6 or 24 months, updated company profile, company registration letter or certificate), previous experience (30%: signed and stamped contracts or LPOs for hygiene kits or NFI kits) and lead time/work plan (5%). Commercial criteria 40%: the lowest evaluated financial proposal receives the maximum score.
• Requests for information must be received at least 5 days before the closing date. Bids must remain valid for at least 14 days from the closing date. Bids will be opened at a later date to be communicated. Business site verification will follow shortlisting.
• Canvassing will lead to automatic disqualification.
